尹莲梅，女，研究生学历，毕业于东京农业大学，酿造学专业，现任中医与药学系教师。留学期间参加了国际醋酸菌学会、日本乳酸菌学会、醋酸菌学会并发表课题2个。2011年参加IUMS（国际微生物学会）并发表研究成果，题目：“The relationship of RpoH(σ32) and several molecular chaperones in Acetobacter pasteurianus NBRC3283 to acetic acid fermentati“；2012年参加日本农艺化学会并发表研究成果，题目：“Oxidative fermentation behavior of acetic acid bacteria in the presence of glucose and ethanol”。
